We were tasked to make sure all the event was well publicised, event flow went well and ensure comfortability of all invited artistes and guests. We were part of the creative process and execution for the event, we were part of the curation of the artists performances set, we handled hospitatlity for all invited artistes and guests keeping them iun the best mood to make sure the event was as smooth and fun for them. as we well as made sure of safe return to their various destinations. we handled & supervised the media relations and publicity.
